Sensitivity is a subtle navigation system that allows you deep attunement and precision in every area of your life. More exquisite connection to your dharma, your relationships, and the initiations on your path.

However, sensitivity feels like a liability when it’s opened you to so much pain.

Complex inner worlds often go unseen or unspoken, or become private avenues of fantasy, where signals for connection are stunted, missed, or dropped.

It is also quite normal and socially mainstream to override sensitivity and complexity and force/control it into submission or endurance — to end up masking and performing.
